It is with profound sadness that the family of Raymond T. DiGiovanni announce his passing on February 10, 2021 at the age of 90. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Judith DiGiovanni of 42 years. Raymond was born in Washington, DC on May 14,1930 to Gabriel and Genevieve DiGiovanni. He is preceded in death by his brother, Francis DiGiovanni, sister Gloria Huggins, and survived by this sister Phyllis Kehres (James) and brother Gabriel DiGiovanni (Mary Ann). Raymond served honorably as a Corporal in the United States Army from 1951-1953. He was the president of International Tile & Marble Company for 33 years. Raymond will be lovingly remembered by his children, Raymond A. DiGiovanni, Holly A. DiGiovanni, Kimberly D. DiGiovanni, Joseph M. Johnson III (Rebecca), and Andrea L. Woodrum. He had 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Raymond also had many nieces and nephews who were very dear to his heart, especially his goddaughter, Kristen Kehres Oaks. Raymond enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and dancing with the love of his life, Judy. He had a love for sports, especially his Washington Football Team, and never turned down a meal, especially a Sunday spaghetti dinner. A walkthrough visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00 a.m. on February 19, 2021 at Raymond Funeral Service, P.A. (5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, 20646), followed by a private service at Trinity Memorial Gardens & Mausoleum. Due to Maryland restriction during the COVID-19 Pandemic, a walk-through rotational visitation will be held. SEATING WILL BE REDUCED. In compliance with Maryland Governor 's State Order, please maintain six (6) feet social distance and MASK MUST BE WORN At All Times. SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PER COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS.
