Colleen Marie Brett, born June 29, 1954 died on March 25, 2022. She was a retired Giant Food cashier. Colleen also served as assistant manager for Hermann’s and Irving Sport Stores. She is predeceased by her mother, Betty Ann Brett Stipp, father Tom Brett and stepfather Henry Stipp. She is survived by her brother Tom and his wife Janet and her nephew Robert and his wife Katie, grandnephew and niece and many cousins. Colleen was an active member of St. Peter’s Church in Waldorf, Md where she taught First Sacraments in the GIFT Program. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the St. Peter’s Christian Formation Program, St. Peter’s Church, 3320 St. Peter’s Dr. Waldorf, Md. 20601. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Christian formation office at St. Peters Church.
