Christopher "Chris" Dillon Proctor

Christopher “Chris” Proctor earned his angel wings on July 8, 2019 and went to his heavenly home. Chris was born on June 11, 1999 in Clinton, Maryland and was 20 years old. He was an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, and cousin to a large family. Christopher was educated in the Charles County Public School System as well as Archbishop Neale School. He graduated from McDonough High School in June of 2018. Chris participated in many sports in his youth including baseball and football for the St. Charles Bears and the Westlake Bulldogs. He enjoyed participating in the ROTC Program and playing Football in High School. Chris was also an aspiring Rapper. Chris enjoyed working at Ledo’s, Atlantic Cycle, UPS, and working in the family business at Boswell’s Towing, Inc. Chris had a wonderful sense of humor that was enjoyed by any and everyone who came in contact with him. He loved being with his family, especially on holidays. Chris truly enjoyed racing his motorcycle and driving fast cars. He loved to detail cars in his spare time and kept his vehicles in pristine condition. It was a privilege to have had Chris in our lives and we will always love him. May he find peace in the arms of God and may we all be kind to one another. Chris is survived by his parents, Antoine and Angela Proctor; his brother, Brandon T. Proctor; his grandmother, Anna Theresa Proctor; his grandfather, Oscar Camillias Proctor Sr.; his aunt, Anna Marie Lewis (Ed); and his uncles, Thomas D. Proctor Jr., “T-Bird” (Patricia), and Timothy M. Proctor “Timmy” (Yvonne); and a host of other family and friends. Christopher was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jeanette F. Proctor; his grandfather, Thomas D. Proctor Sr.; and his uncle, Oscar Camillias Jr.. Visitation on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 from 5-8 PM with Wake Service at 7 PM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church Hall, 4590 St. Joseph Way, Pomfret, Maryland 20675. An additional visitation on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 9:30-10:15 AM at Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646 with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
